No matter how powerful the concept, it is often the magic of the presentation-delivered in person by the Designer and supported by dramatic renderings, models, or computer generated simulations-that galvanizes the interest of the client, developer or investor.

Our focus is on Interior and Exterior 3 Dimensional Visual Design. The final product which we create is an animated 3 dimensional film passing through several animated visuals using advanced graphics programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.

We have worked with corporate, institutional and residential design and have dealt with the initial planning of hard-scape design with the use of AutoCAD construction documents and detailing, specifications, project management, 3D modeling and animation.

3D buildings, sites, and composite 3D designs are modeled into visual photos for clients and fly-through animations are created when required and/or requested. We also provide 360¢ªcamera tracking.

The use of a visual display in a presentation to clients leads to vision and better understanding of the end result of the project, and allows the financiers of the project to approve the development with 100% confidence in the end result, as well as an elastic allowance.
